First of all this hotel doesn't belong to 3 star..i can give 1 st. rooms were below average. very bad hospitality. the buffet they offered has nothing but too much oil. it was not at all clean. don't stay here. there are much better hotels around.

worst experienced......I am using it since 2012 but since 1 year as Mr ashok Rana left management..... current team is highly unprofessional...I stayed on 11th Sept. and booked my room fr next visit fr 29 Sept. and 15 Oct....but few days bk of both visit. called n cancelled my room...as they got sm one who is paying higher room charges .... totally unprofessional attitude n style .... they hv broken the last 6 years relation ...... may God give them some sense ...don't know who is owner .... but owner should look into these matter...

Worst hotel to stay. No hospitality very bad service poorly maintained rooms and condition of the toilet is worst. Taxi service from the hotel is very ridiculous. The driver from the hotel is a bloody fraud and his intention is just to pull money from the guest and doesn't bother about covering the promised location of sight seeing. Strongly opposed to visit the hotel.

Worst hotel ever never ever go Bad service ..Room was ok but bad food and service ..mineral water bottle was opened and sure it was pipe water ..7 member family didn't get enough food also ...Icecream bought from other hotel 10 rs icecream..Menu card is only for viewing no item will b available only what they tell us will b available..Never go friends

I personally like the location for it is near places to eat or convenient stores. Yet I don't like the hotel itself. Kettle, hot water, additional towels need to be requested (not automatic), Breakfast was also very simple and not up to standard. It is just adequately OK.
