I booked this place thinking it was close to all attractions. But it is in a very congested area and not close to anything. It is expensive and I could easily get a 4 star hotel in the price. Owners are rude, uncaring and only after your money. Rooms were dirty and had a musty smell. We only stayed for a night and moved out. Stay away !

It's a Great place to stay. The terrace rooms are really nice. Peaceful neighbourhood. They provide good food with a homely touch. Rooms are clean with good bathrooms and nice furniture. The family is nice too. A very good room location for all seasons, especially rains. It's always breezy on the terrace which is really pleasant to walk at evenings and night

we were a little apphrensive before bookings, as we never had a homestay on our family holiday outings, but during second week of january (2015), trip to Jaipur was a real treat. Excellent and comfortable homestay in Jaipur at naindivi. Prompt service and helpful advises from Mr Godha where and how to visit different tourist places and have our lunch in Jaipur, Also timely & filling breakfast and delicious dinner at Naindivi every night by Seema. And on the top of it , Godha family arranged for Lohri night celebrations and Kite flying on Makar sankrinti. Me and my friend’s family especially children had a great four day stay at Naindivi. thanks you so much, Sanjeev, Seema and family. Prefect place to stay when you are in Jaipur. sanjay

Dirty, Dingy , full of bugs and bad hosts

We decided on Naindivi based on trip advisor reviews. When we reached at the room I noticed bugs and told Mrs Godha to get them cleaned. Her response was," your kids are really delicate, make them tough', All 4 nights we were there, bugs continued to bite us. Not just that, the room had something toxic (maybe the paint or the old furniture or the the mountains of dust in the room) and all four of us were coughing every morning when we would get up. As soon as we would get out we would be fine. When we would enter the room we would start coughing again. Our room was not cleaned for 3 days. We understood as it was festive occasion and the maid may not be there. However, our hosts took us for granted. One morning my husband enquired about breakfast as my kids were hungry. Mr Godha shouted at my husband at top of his voice for no reason, He said things that were unnecessary and hurtful. So much for the Jaipur hospitality. The only saving grace was food. However, had we known that a kids 5 spoonful of food would cost us 300 Rs, we would have not eaten here. They never disclosed to us what was included or excluded in tariffs and were very unreasonable about charging us money for dinners that they themselves asked us to eat. Very bad experience..Would never go there again. Would not recommend to you unless you have NO other option. Dont live here specially if you have kids,. Like I said, the rooms have something toxic in them.

Though we only stayed three nights with this fine family, my sister and I can see why the reviews are so positive. Seema and Sanjeev are gracious and knowledgeable hosts, and both daughters lovely. Even though they were dealing with serious medical issues, all family members had time to sincerely connect with us. Their English is effortless, their home bright and comfortable and the view from the rooftop terrace is beautiful. As mentioned elsewhere, the food is delicious and the guest bedroom very comfortable. This stay will be a trip highlight.
