I had a wonderful experience at NPT Satpura Retreat! The food was absolutely excellent and exceeded my expectations. The staff was even better – very friendly, kind, and always ready to help with a smile, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms, stay, and amenities were all top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience throughout. Overall, I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting – truly deserving of a 5-star rating!

amazingly polite staff and service. well maintained property, clean rooms and bathrooms, beautiful garden, lovely location, cute little swimming pool. food needs improvement. strict implementation of getting into the pool with swimsuit and after shower should be maintained..people were getting in regular clothes (ofcourse people are foolish so mgt should strictly instruct) amazing time spent in total peaceful and clean environment. Mr Prateek is there to help you always and so is all the other staff who are ready for service with a smile. must place to stay when in pachmarhi

Amazing - Full package carrying pool, garden, hill,open gym, big rooms, lavish breakfast hospitality from check IN to check OUT, what not...can't expect more. Beautiful property of MPT..Not a huge property to be honest but covering all facilities and very well maintained. Real stress buster place.
