Hotel is located at a central location with less than a km from Railway station. Hotel staff was really courteous throughout the stay. Swimming pool was well maintained. Food was good. We had some minor hiccups like AC remote and bathroom door knob not working properly. Overall, it was a good stay

This was an okay stay , rooms and toilet are not very clean . Breakfast was nice but cutlery is not very clean. The location of the hotel is good , autos and taxis are readily available. Reception area is nice and spacious.

Visited with family. The staff is not much cooperative. The rooms are old. Need a lot of renovation. Breakfast was decent. Better to go for executive rooms. The pictures shown in their site are very old.

Booked 5 N package from 22nd Oct for family trip. 3N is suite room and 2N in presidential suite. For family of 4 like ours Suite room shld be apt. Moti mahal property is a bit old and hence slight room and plumbing issues due to which I cld not give 5 star. Negatives end here and the positive list continues 1) Accessible to all places near hampankatta. 2) Excellent reception staff, wld like to mention Roy and Anshul who were always ready to help,guide and resolve any issue highlighted,made our stay special. 3) Housekeeping team is full of simple staff, doing their job sincerely 4) They have veg,non veg and Thai restaurant if you want to dine in the hotel lots of delicious options to choose from. 5) Breakfast buffet is a decent spread, every day the spread changes and all dishes are delicious 6) All in all excellent place to stay when in namma Mangaluru, Left with fond memories, will definitely visit again.

Good interiors, spacious room. The restaurant offers variety cuisine. I would have given 5 stars, but to get best rating you have to be the best! The hotel surprisingly does not have 24 hrs running hot water. And...my 3 year old kid was throwing tantrums to have his breakfast. We requested if we could pack an idli, and some kesari bath (shira). Pat came the reply.. This is not allowed. Well, I respect the rules, but great hospitality cannot be bound by such rules!
