The most hilarious thing is that they think they are a five star hotel. Terrible customer service. Increased the price that was agreed just because they gelt like doing so and just told me “rates fluctuate”. They don’t fluctuate after the booking is made!! Please avoid!

Stayed for 1 night only. The room is big and maintenance is good. The best thing of the hotel is its facilities. With a well equipped gym, hot bath and sauna, perfect for travellers. Breakfast is also ok not very crowded with enough food choice. The only thing is the location a bit far from MRT. Still a great accomodation.

Many people say how far the hotel is from the MRT stations, but there are 5-6 bus stops within a block or two from the hotel. The buses take you to most of places where tourists are interested in, including Shilin, Ningxia and Raohe Night Markets, Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, Taipei Main Station and Ximending. All the bus stops around the hotel are much closer than MRT stations, buses are cheaper than MRT. They announce next bus stop both in Chinese and English. Google tells you which bus stop to go to, which bus to take and even all the bus stops enroute. It is a lot easier than you think. Pros: • As mentioned above, the hotel locates close to several bus stops and easy to get around • Friendly staff • Relaxing sauna and public bath • Spacious room and comfy bed Cons: • There were some snacks and two cans of drink in the minibar. I was not sure whether or not they are complimentary, I asked the reception. One said free, another said chargeable. I still do not know the correct answer • No self-laundry facilities • No bottles of water supplied, but there is a water fountain on each floor Overall: It was a good value and I will definitely come back and stay again!!

We spend 2 nights this trip. The hotel is good in term of friendly service and hotel facilities. They provide a garage parking with no fee. My room was 1002. The room was huge, clean, and well design. Seperate toilet and shower area. Stong wifi all over the hotel. They stop service swimming pool, sauna , and fitness on tuesday for maintence. In term of location, it is on a main street, close to elevated expressway. There are convenient stores, restaurant , and public excercise park in the area. In term of service, they are really friendly and supportive. I had a car accident during the trip, the front desk do the best for communicting with the local parties and support us.

Room was large with Japanese style toilet WC. Separate shower, bathtub and WC. Quiet though the hotel is 10 m next to the road. Facilities include a pool and sauna. Transport is generally easy in Taipei, but there's a taxi company just next to the hotel. So getting around is not an issue. The nearest night market is Liaoning night market, a five minute by taxi or can walk for 20 minutes. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good place to stay.
