We used it because of location, our business partner office was not far away. And location is pretty much best badge of this hotel. It is not bad hotel at all, but crying for refurbishment. Average clean, not perfect clean as should be. For example: metal shades in my bathroom window was cleaned from dust on the day they was instaled in hotel. Room itself was very spacious. My window was few meters from newly constructed building and there was no sulight in my room-which was no problem for me as was there for business. Bigger problem was that now afrer liberalization loud music was on backyard bar late after midnight. Also detail with man with vacum cleaner after midnight infront of my room was not pleasant. Loud sound form construction oposite to hotel was also anoying.Bed it self was good. Breakfast was average with varaity of hot and cold dishes with no major complaiant to it. Special attentiont to paying your bill: pay with your credit card in local currency or cash but no Euro or USD as they use very strange exchange rate: they wanted to charge 3,74 for 1 EUR with normal rate over 4,1 SAR for 1 EUR. It left bad feeling as they wanted to scam you...

We had visit them for sohor meal the food was very bad, very little amounts no fish no beef No salads, no any kind of cheese. We had a booking for 5 persons but the table wasn’t ready and they were very rude and aggressive with us when we ask them about salads and cheese they said that you already pay a small amount if money what you expect from us. Even the food taste is very bad.

The hotel has been adapted from another use, and actually we had an upgrading without windows...the structure is old, service not good, breakfast almost acceptable, the pool was dirty and gym to forget, old and broken with Chinese stuff. Never again.

I was surprised from the moment I entered the hotel lobby, what you see online is different from reality. The hotel looks old from inside, and many things such as walls and doors are dirty and broken, and the hotel seems not willing to do anything about it. Frankly, I was upgraded twice in order to get a decent room, as the previous rooms offered had problems with the ac. Housekeeping needs more training and improvement as they forgot to provide me with new towels and spoons every time they cleaned the room. The room itself is good, it's colorful and spacious.

The hotel is located on Tahlia street, one of the most buzzy areas in the heart of Riyadh. It is surrounded by hip cafes, restaurant and shops. I got upgraded to a junior suite so I can't really give you feedback on the smaller rooms. The junior suite was spacious, with large living/ dining area with a large TV set. A spacious bedroom and a large bathroom. The queen size bed was a bit firmer than I like but it was clean and I got used to it eventually. So no complaints. The room had a fridge and a 45 inch TV as well. The toilet was also clean and the shower cubicle was large. The only downside was that they only provide one bath towel and one small face towel. They did however provide additional towels when I requested. There was a small hair dryer in toilet and it was good enough for the purpose. Internet is fast and free at the hotel and that's a big plus. The breakfast area is nice and very modern and the breakfast selection is acceptable. (With continental, English and American breakfast varieties). Please check the attached photos. The lobby is a bit small though I don't think it does the hotel justice. :) The hotel has underground parking for customers which is very handy if you have a car. Tahlia street is very busy and gets very crowded at night, so you will be spoiled for choices whether you are looking for places to eat, watch the footy, have a cup of coffee/ tea or just enjoy a nice evening stroll. (It's a bit nippy around January/Feb ). The hotel staff are very friendly and very helpful. Hope this helps
