Rooms are Very Spacious, very good Breakfast spread kids really enjoyed their Buffets, Lunch Spread is vey good compare to dinner Buffet, Food is very good, Rooms need renovation. overall very good stay, near to shopping area and centrally located

The hotel staff is irresponsible and very careless, They do not bother for the services. specially sales team, We keep calling them for 2 days for booking but they have not received the calls and even at hotel reception they are simply discunnect the call.

We did not enjoy the stay here. The rooms were below average and so was the cleanliness. The staff were rude to us. We had asked for an early check in of just an hour before and they never mentioned anything about paying. When we went there they insisted that we pay and while the portal mentioned free breakfast, they insisted we pay for the breakfast too.

Emergency exit is closed. Only one lift is working. We could not move out/in. We spent at least 15 minutes for lift. Horrible experience. I suggest you to verify before you go. I don't know how corporation permitted them to operate without emergency exit

First reason someone would pick this is for the great location. It’s near to shopping in Parklane, James Street, shopping malls on SD Road and for Hyderabad and Secunderabad. The addition of the metro is an additional bonus giving you fast/cheap access to various parts of the twin cities. I got a room on the top floor and after a quick/easy check in I reached the room and couldn’t help noticing how big the rooms were. There were 2 double beds in the room and space for another king sized bed and a washbasin/dressing area that was 60% of that size. Apart from this there is a shower and a western style toilet separately. The Wi-Fi connection was good but you need an Indian mobile number to get that access (which I didn’t have, so had to wait overnight for the technician to put in some workaround on my phone). The room itself was tired looking and you could definitely see furniture looking worn out. It was clean however and I was grateful for that. The room is also supplied with 2 bottles of mineral water, kettle, milk creamer sachets, tea bags and instant coffee for coffee/tea. Also supplied is a hair dryer, dental kit, shaving kit, etc. I didn’t spend a lot of time in the room so didn’t try the room service.
