Can't sleep in night due to mosquitoes

Pros: very near to airport and rail station. Clean room and bathroom. Cons: can't sleep at night due to a lot of mosquitoes ( see video). After reporting about the mosquitoes, they sprayed the mosquito spray during the daytime, but it had no effect in the night and we still couldn't sleep in the night due to mosquitoes.

Apart of location. Staff is very rude. Don't have proper taps in bathroom . Payment issue with the machines. Hot water issues. Must think before booking the room. Payment shouldn't be made card. Phone pay system is not available.

Arrived after 40hrs of travel, to a room full of mosquitos, mould & dirty bedding! Only window in room at street level had a hole in it and bathroom had a hole in the wall by shower. Promised a refund, but never received it!! Not safe for females!

A terrible disappointment! I am going to keep this short as this pathetic hotel does not deserve any more of my time. All I am going to say is that only book this hotel if you are ok living with cockroaches, ants and mosquitos. All 3 rooms shown were infested with cockroaches and the condition of the furniture, towels, and bedding leaves me thinking that how is this place even classed as a hotel. I would rate this below 1 star. No where near 3 star.

We booked a unplanned at stay at this Hotel for two nights from the 20th and 21st December. It is is classified as a three star hotel, from our experience would consider that rating to be over generous. Our premium double room was what could be described as basic, definitely no frills. The room did have a ceiling fan and a wall mounted air-conditioning unit, which was crudely fitted. There were cigarette burns in dressing table. The lock on the front door did not work correctly so the locked needed to be double locked for security. The bed linen was a bit bubbled and a pillow case was stained. The shower screen appeared to be opaque, however it was actually covered in water scale. There was free WiFi in our room as well as a small fridge The hotel was located in the direct flight path from Mumbai Airport and there was a train line behind it, so not the quietest of hotels.
