stayed here for 5 nights, apartments have everything u need for ur stay, kitchen has everything u need to prepare food and bonus that they have a washing machine. apartment was very clean. and loved that there was a balcony. there is a large supermarket a 2 minute walk away and more shops/pharmacy/bakery/resturants a 5 minute walk away. staff were very friendly and on hand for recommendations. overall we really enjoyed our stay.

They canceled our reservation an hours before our arrival. When we called they unpolitely said that they have already given our reserved apartament to other people. And two days later they charged us money about the stay that didnt happened and that they themselves canceled.

Lovely spacious apartments, with bathroom ,bedroom and kitchen with dishwasher , washing machine kettle all you need for a weekend away or week Hairdryer , soap and shampoo Very clean and only 4.5 miles from centre , £3 Uber to centre with good shops and restaurants to visit . Visited palaces and castle

Well where can I start. After missing our flight to Warsaw and then arriving after a 16hour travel journey we were thankful to finally get into a taxi and go straight to the hotel and bed. We got into an Über taxi (preferred transport, much cheaper than a taxi) and the nice Über driver said 'may i ask why you chose this specific hotel? As it's in a very 'rough' and 'high crime rate area' a very popular area to deal drugs'. My face dropped. What the hell I'm I doing here. Looked at my partner and said 'happy 30th birthday, we're officially going to a crack den'. Anyway, as we arrive the Über takes you straight to the door, the hotel looks very clean and tidy. Ignoring the dark alleyway next to it. Arriving our room we were very surprised, the apartment itself is exactly what was advertised, clean, spacious, warm and lovely. The apartment provided everything you would need, and the receptionist who was helpful-ish provided us with more towels. The only thing is the location. Its a good 20 minutes to city centre by Über and about 25 minutes to old town (a must). You can walk to the tram but i thought i would get stabbed o'n the way so we avoided that. Wouldnt go again due to location but it was so cheap you can't really complain. You live and learn i guess.

We were a little concerned about staying here because of mixed reviews? It was fabulous. Huge apartment, very clean, warm and very, very comfortable. There was even complimentary tea,coffee, sugar. We would definitely recommend and definitely return. If you are wanting to visit the beautiful old town of Warsaw you can catch the number 24 tram from the tram station which is only a short walk from the hotel. You need a credit card to purchase tickets on the tram and you pay for 20 minute journey. Poland is full of history and would probably suit everyone, shopping, culture and lovely parks.
