Very Old hotel and 100% required renovation. Rooms are spacious but clearness is below poor. Staying with kids not advisable at all. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Not worth spending money. Management should take some action before it becomes too late

The King Kourt Hotel is a 3-star establishment conveniently located near the railway station and other city attractions. Unfortunately, the property is quite run down with poorly maintained rooms and fittings. We booked two interconnected rooms, both of which were far below average. The bed linens were in terrible condition, appearing as though they had been used for months without being changed, prompting me to request replacements. The bathroom linens were similarly old and worn out, likely unchanged for years. Additionally, none of the electrical sockets were functioning. It took nearly an hour for the maintenance staff to repair them, and even after that, the power remained on regardless of whether the switch was turned off or on. The walls were peeling, the window panels were rusty and couldn't be locked, and the tap fittings in the wash basin were so tight that it required considerable effort to open them, causing pain in my wrist. The wardrobe and cupboard doors were also difficult to open due to their tightness. The service was a mixed experience. The junior bellboy in black and white uniform was rude and lacked basic hospitality etiquette, appearing unsuitable for the industry. In contrast, the senior bellboy was very courteous and helpful. The front office manager was proactive and handled situations positively. The highlight of the hotel was the restaurant, Kudla Fish Land. The staff there, especially the captains and the manager, were very courteous. The food was delicious, offering a wide variety of local, Chinese, and Indian dishes. The breakfast was also good and fairly standard for the price, though refilling items during busy times was sometimes an issue. Nevertheless, we enjoyed all our meals there over the three-day stay and were very pleased with the chefs' efforts. Overall, while the location of the King Kourt Hotel is advantageous, management needs to focus on the property's overall maintenance and service quality to remain competitive in an area with other branded hotels.

I never recommed this Hotel becoz of Unprofession Behaviour of the Hotel Staff , i was confrim 05 room Booking and on call they are syaing rooms are Block but now they are sending we have take another Group Booking Manager is also a cheater Guys who wants to just make the money and want the Payment in his account Dont book the Hotel direct from Hotel reservation they are cheater and unprofessional

Had been in Nov 2021. It is a old property just opposite to Hotel Metropole. Very good location as it is very close to Mysore Palace and the shopping street of Devaraj urs Road. That can be the only saving grace of the hotel. The hotel was old, needed complete renovation and strangely, had no restaurant. The staff encouraged to order from swiggy and zomato. There are restaurants close by, but one expects a good restaurant at the hotel after paying a steep room rent. The room was spacious, we had booked a triple occupancy suite with a balcony. Staff were courteous but helpless due to the limited support from the management. Beds were old and hard as were the towels provided. Parking space was adequate. All in all, did not like the stay for the money spent. On my recent visit to mysore, the hotel looked renovated, didn.t check though.

Average rooms poor customer service lethargic staff taking their own time to complete check in process which took over 30 mins for no reason . The manager there is just of no help for anything. Over all it was not a good experience during the stay at the hotel . Rooms are average with coming doors between two rooms locked but u can over hear the TV playing in the next room . No where close to a 3 star property
