DOSENT HAVE A POSTIVE REVIEW TO WRITE- TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Hi Viewers, We had booked for 3 rooms for family with kids on 23rd Night Dec, We had terrible experience.The beds are with BED BUCKS in all the 3 bedroom and one bed were kept at corridor with BED BUCKS.( Picture attached). There were nobody to attend the concern,finally these was discussed with cook of the restaurant,somehow he managed to change bed sheet. Manager / Receptionist left around 10 pm from the hotel and the no body responded to the calls. Hence we slept on the bed with bed buck as there were no other options left. We checked out around 10AM next day, still the manager was not present and were not able to address the concern. Hence we are forced to share the terrible experience in public forum. Think Multiple times before you book if you value money.

The mangrove sute is located in the best place In mysore not too much croudy nor too far from city it's just perfect . It is affordable room for a good stay. The rooms are clean with all the promised fecility

If you are looking for an affordable accommodation and don't bother too much about the frills, Mangrove Suites could be a great option. The location is really superb; in a calm and at the same time prime area. Very near to many shops, restaurants, and main roads. There is a nice mall just a few meters away. Just a few rooms (I think totally 7), of which 2 are suites and others are smaller rooms. The small rooms might be really small - I haven't seen them. But the suite rooms are spacious. We were lucky to get one which was almost like a mini-house with a small hall, bedroom, small kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony too. There was already an extra bed which was really helpful as we were 2 adults and 2 kids. In the kitchen, there was a fridge, microwave oven and an electric kettle (I think the oven was not working; but the fridge and kettle was working). I'm not sure if these are part of their standard package or we were just lucky to get all these. Everything was clean. Also, our room was facing a park (I recommend this room if you can get it). There is no dedicated parking space' but there was ample space on the subroads. The price was reasonable and they didn’t charge any hidden charges. We had made our booking from MakeMyTrip. We had to pay only for food at the time of checkout. The improvement areas: I should mention this - they have converted an old house to make the whole thing. So don't expect anything fancy and luxurious. The floor is old styled - even broken in a couple of places. But it didn't affect us. The restaurant was closed the day we checked-in. We only had breakfast (the next day) from here; so we don't know about the food quality and variety. The breakfast we got was simple dosa, chutney, sambar, which was good. But we faced an issue here. The breakfast service was supposed to start at 8AM; but it got ready at 8:45AM only. Also, people may prefer a bed coffee (I do); but even that they started at 8AM only. So you may need to plan accordingly or give them instructions in advance. Cool drinks are available and there is a freezer with ice creams etc. Overall we had a very nice experience. Stayed during a weekend . The stay was nice.The staffs were also courteous.The only issue we had was that the in house restaurant was not open(was under renovation) . The lady at the front desk forgot to inform us about the free WiFi .Else the stay was nice and comfortable. Highly recommended.

I would like to say thanks to Mr. Murali and his team. You all are very helpful and kind. Rooms, breakfast and service is best. Rooms are clean with good facilities.Excellent stay ! The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
