Renovation work started at 7am on Sunday morning outside our room. Repeated requests to stop them were ignored. Garbage was lying beside the pool area. The entire property was looking and feeling beaten down. The breakfast was nice though and the pool is excellent with the wonderful cashew tree in the middle providing shade

We took the villa for the family. The house is clean and hygienic. However, the lawn isn't maintained well. The so called private pool is dirty. I am saying is because I am still here and not enjoying it at all. We spent a lot to make it memorable for our parents but basics like clean towels and water bottles were also given only when asked. No person to welcome, no welcome drinks . Food takes more than 40 mins to arrive. Mattresses are unlike a standard hotel mattress. Cleaning started only at our arrival. The wifi isnt working . Even the curtains are not upto the standards. The fan in our room looks just like the one in a government office. don't blame the aunties here taking care of the villa because they aren't trained. It's the management that makes me so angry who hasn't trained them. A barbecue point is made which has cobwebs around it. So it has been a huge disappointment for us. We were charged 32 k for one night. But even basics aren't done well. Who do I ask for a compensation.

Awesome stay in between mango farm. All the staffs are very polite and friendly particularly Pavithran, Akhila, Ranjana, Swathi and Kannan.(Receptionist). Food was very tasty and delicious. Very nice place to stay along with family or friends.
