Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

hotel is exactly located where you can see the perfect view of mountain and feel the experience of snow ❄...they have very well staff and management...they are taking good cares of their clients ..Their food is the best food in manali.....especially nonveg .... Overall we enjoyed a lot here ....we spent good times here.....and all thanks to them... Thank-you hotel manali grand

Hotel management and staff are well mannered and well disciplined..... Breakfast and dinner 🍽️ are also great 😃 Both non veg and veg food are great ,especially I will suggest to go for non veg if u r non vegetarian ... Hotel interior and entrance area is great 💯...and they keep it clean for 24*7 ..... Overall fantastic experience 😃💯 here
