Beautiful old Colonial building set in Lovely gardens. The room was very comfortable and clean. Check in was excellent. Breakfast had everything you need. Good hot water. Rain shower and bathtub. Close to Metro station. Nice pool. Highly recommend.

This hotel didn't disappoint in any respect. The courtesy of the staff, upon arrival , throughout our stay, and upon departure was exemplary! Very high standard of English from all concerned. The breakfast was excellent.....coffee latte was really nice as was the omelettes and pancakes. The building is rather grand and though the rooms are somewhat dated....especially the bathroom, the bed was really comfortable and a good nights sleep was had by both of us. I would certainly use this hotel again if ever I re-visit Delhi.

This is an outstanding hotel with exceptional staff. We stayed on the ground floor in a very spacious suite. It was near the pool, walking through beautiful gardens. The room was very clean and fresh towels provided daily. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, and Savina, our most regular waitress, was extremely pleasant & helpful. Dinner in the evening was excellent & the chef, Ribber (I think that was his name), always came to your table to check everything was okay. Gratuities are not encouraged individually but instead can be left in an envelope at the front desk at the end of your stay. To be honest, everyone was courteous, extremely helpful & the service is outstanding. Maidens Hotel really reminds you of its history & is reflected in its dark wood & interior. If you want to put your feet up after a hectic tour of New Delhi, Agra & Jaipur, like we had done, then this is the ideal place to stay for comfort & relaxation. The pool is a good size & peaceful way to unwind. We would highly recommend Maidens Heritage Hotel & would definitely stay here again if we come back to India in the future.

Wow, we have never stayed at a more friendly and hospitable hotel. All of the staff were exceptional in their attentive care and looked after our family of 2 adults of 2 children perfectly. A special thank you to Vaishali for a super efficient check in and check out and to Rachit for being a friendly and kind waiter. The hotel is tired, but very charming and I worry that a refurbishment would ruin this. A highlight for the children was the lovely pool and the kind pool staff who showered them in pool toys and delicious pool side drinks. Thank you Maidens Hotel. 😊

Maidens is a wonderful hotel. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. The food was outstanding, one of the nicest paneer currie so had in India. There were also choices that kept my father in law, who doesn’t like curry, happy. The pool was a wonderful oasis of calm as a contrast to the chaos of Delhi. The rooms were huge and beautiful. Thoroughly recommend.
