We enjoyed our stay at 4 room villa with family, friends and kids, very good interiors, peaceful location, staff was too good, Kids enjoyed the pool. You definitely need a car to travel around. We really enjoyed our stay.

Villa is well furnished and tidy and if at all anything was needed staff were cooperative. CAR is needed for easy acess from Villa. Location is good as major points in North Goa are equidistant. Also, plenty of supermarkets and Restaurants available nearby and majority provide delivery at Villa too. Breakfast was OK OK .. Villa kitchen also gets a thumbs up.

I went in June for honeymoon for few nights .I will give briefing points about it : Service : The worst you could ever have . Housekeeping is really bad . Small and big ants are everywhere in the villa. Swimming pool is dirty though i requested the villa manager to clean it twice and he didn't . Lights of swimming pool were broken. The small fountain of swimming pool only worked for few hours then stopped. They didn't change our towels during housekeeping. Breakfast comes in plastic bags wrapped in aluminum foils- not even close to anything luxurious. Worst of all is catching the housekeeping guy who climbed over the walls of the villa trying to sneak on us in the bedroom. This ended up in calling the police and spending 2 days of our vacation at police station for investigation. And there is more , but this is enough to give the general idea about what you will experience at that place !

The Apartment was everything it promised, beautiful setting and very contemporary. The plunge pool was a winner! . Food options which deliver to the apartment are limited. So transportation is required. Phone connectivity is limited and the wifi connection is slow.. Overall enjoyed our stay at the apartment and would come back
