We are so glad to leave this comments for one of the best hotels we have ever seen – LIU Resorts Hotel. So kind staff and Professional managment. it's the people that have made my 6 weeks at the Lui Beach Resort worth staying here. From Kumar who every morning greeted me with a smile and a handshake to Maheva who was the pool/landscape guy who met me with a salute and a smile. The crew here were like a family, with Tommy behind the bar trying trying to anticipate my order, but shucks i'll change my preferences everyday. as for my room (120) i enjoyed looking over the main street. No major complaints in what is a 2 star hotel. I did report an issue with the A/C that wasn't addressed and had puddles of water to step on for my last week. However for 22 euro a night which included a basic breakfast i was happy. The crew made it a memorable stay. Some previous reviews i cannot condone, no rats, clear pool , no insect issues (but i did have my insect spray) . this is a 2 star hotel, let's not forget this . I was happy here.

Have just returned from a 4 week stay at the lui. Although unimposing, It's a well established hotel and the staff were attentive and any problems are dealt with promptly (only had one issue all the time there). Breakfast was basic, but the same at most places, unless you go upmarket and pay top dollar. It's a 10 minute walk to the beach and some lovely restaurants within a short walking distance.The main nightlife is in candolim, 15 minutes walk or a short taxi ride away. We ate at the hotel on some of the themed nights and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. It was a good place to unwind and we felt relaxed.Staff could not have been any more helpful than they were. Will return next year.

We have stayed mant times at this hotel, and cant thank Joe, Ujwela,Rowen deago, Tommy the room guys and the pool guy. Nothing is too much trouble and make your holiday by helping your needs we booked our day trips from the hotel with Ujwela and Rowen ringging round companies trying to get us booked up.they do an amazing job in promoting Lui beach. We are just home from a fantastic 4 week holiday. One of the best places to stay.nice to meet up with new friends around the bar area too each evening I noticed this was my last review of 2017 it never sent it came up today while on trip advisor 2020 again this hotel has rescued us the most friendly hotel in candolim food amazing ! And the bbq nights the Indian nights are not to be missed
