We booked the Studios since we were only there for 2 nights. Check in at the kiosk in the building was a nightmare after a long day of travelling. Several people staying there tried to help us with no luck. It would not scan our Canadian passports. It took 5-6 tries to get each one to scan, very frustrating when trying to check in 3 rooms. At one point we needed to call for assistance. We were very disappointed once we were in our rooms. They are not as described on the website. It was very small, cramped and dingy. The floors were very dirty with fluff and grit as was the kitchenette, crumbs on the counter etc. The cups were brown. They had not been washed so we had to wash them before using. There were no glasses and only a couple of dishes and cutlery. The bedding was also dirty and there were blood stains on the duvet cover. I can deal with a small space but not with uncleanliness. This is totally unacceptable, especially since we have just come out of a pandemic. One would think you would be very concerned about cleanliness and disinfecting considering they are in the hospitality industry. This was not worth the money we spent or the time it took to clean the studio. We would not recommend these studios.

Terrible, terrible service. They charged me before the date stated in the booking, and charged me too much. Now they won't return the difference and insist that the amount is more than it is, even though I had a clear confirmation of how much I should have been charged. Avoid at all cost.

Location was centrally located on a quiet street. Bed was comfortable, cleaning services were excellent, bathroom was huge and the shower roomy. The kitchen had everything we needed. Clothes washer was a plus. On the other hand, we received numerous messages from the host, which included a code to enter the front door. We had provided all information for a pre check in. What was not provided was information that the property had two buildings on the same street, so when we checked in at the lobby kiosk and learned our apt number, we went to that floor to find no apt with that number. We used the phone at the kiosk to learn we had to travel up the steep street, with all our luggage, to go to a different building. And balcony was so tiny it was almost unusable.

Great space. Lovely clean, well laid out accommodation. plenty of room for party of 5 or 6. All necessary amenities provided with touches such as dishwasher tablets and washing liquid. Plenty of supermarkets closeby. Within walking distance of the high end shops with Michael kors at the end of the road. Please note there are a number of steps upon entrance and a small elevator. Which could be awkward for wheelchairs or prams. We had 2 wheelchairs with us. Luckily they could manage the steps and we were able to maneuver the wheelchairs. Would recommend and will def stay again.

The apartment has a great location, near to one of the best streets in libson, next to a great street of restaurants and seemed like one of the most popular brunches of the city. Still the apartment was not like it shows in the pictures. The bathroom, living room, furniture of the living room they all looked very worn off, it seems like they need to make some maintaince in the suite. Besides we asked for some detergent and never got it, so we were not able to use the washing machine. Pros, they have daily cleaning and have some lockers to leave the suitcases before going to the airport, good place to rest and location, Cons, the apartmenet looked like it needs a lot of maintainance and there is no one in the building to attend any inquiry that you might have.
