We used this as an overnight stop hotel between flights from Phuket and our lunch time flight to London. For this purpose it was ideal. A pick up and drop off taxi service is included and works very well. If using, make sure you book a time with reception the night before. The room was comfortable but they no longer serve breakfast since Covid. We arrived late evening and needed an evening meal but unfortunately there are no restaurants nearby so we ended up eating street food about 200m away. It was good and adequate. A great hotel for a one night stop but not one I would recommend for a longer stay in Bangkok.

This is a good hotel near the airport. Rooms are small but reasonable for a short stay. The hotel is well maintained and managed. The 24 hour airport shuttle is the biggest advantage of staying here. There are a few Thai restaurants in the area along the main street. It also presents a different view of local living than found in Bangkok itself. A canal is nearby along with an elementary school. Across the street is the Phoenix Hotel. The canal has lots of very large catfish that locals feed and you can buy food nearby. Watching them swarm is quite a treat if you have not witnessed this before. The hotel staff is nice and accommodating. Getting the hotel’s shuttle at the airport is a bit tricky and it took me 1/2 hour to figure out how to do it. They say to go to the 2nd floor of the arrival terminal between exits 3 and 4. (Be careful, the 2nd floor is really the 3rd floor since there is a ground floor and a 1st floor.) What the hotel did not say was to stay inside the doors and look for signs with your name or the hotel’s name on them. The paper signs are taped or hung over the metal railings all over the place near exit 4. I did not find my name or the hotel’s name posted anywhere so I asked around for the representative from the hotel. Luckily, after 3-4 tries someone pointed her out to me. Before that, I was outside where all of the shuttle vans pull up and no one knew anything since there are at least 3 pickup areas with 8 lines of traffic. So do not go out there until you find the hotel’s representative inside the exit. I had to wait 15 minutes once contact was made plus the 30 minutes it took to find the representative. Coming back to the airport from the hotel was much easier at 5:30 AM and took only 10 minutes. They dropped me off right outside the door for departures. Overall, the hotel was great for an early morning departure. I would definitely stay there again under similar circumstances. For later flights, I would prefer to stay downtown and take the skytrain to the airport.

The hotel was closed and looked abandoned when we arrived at the property. we arrived around 9pm. It was also in a very undesirable location. I still don't know if I got charged for our stay but can't really recommend this hotel for the experience we had with it.

This was a decent stay close to the airport. There is a good restaurant across the street, which makes it easy to eat. Room was comfortable, shuttle was OK. The only downside was the room was a little noisy (we were close to a door double door that I think the staff used early in the morning). Not a deal-breaker, though.

The colour is lilac and it’s all over. The room was simple, clean and comfortable. As a place to crash for the night between connecting flights it worked for us. They were prompt to pick us up from the airport, a very short ride and kindly greetings when we arrived.
