am a homemaker and I took this stay as a leisure stay on my birthday. And I am sorry to say that I was disappointed. It was also not worth the price. I had booked all three meals. It's OK if lunch buffet was not there, but there were far too many restrictions on what can be ordered from the Menu. Even simple buttermilk was denied. The Chicken biryani which we ordered was not ok(Being humble) Dinner buffet: Spread was highly Average; No beverages at all; Sweet dish- Jalebi was hard and cold, as if left over from previous dinner. Breakfast as satisfactory. (After the lunch and dinner experience, I had lowered my expectations also). Room was clean but the bathroom......the walls had seepage(yuck). I had carried my own toiletries, but to mention, they don't even give you a shampoo or moisturizer. Service was courteous. Happy to see people with disabilities being provided equal opportunities. Spl mention to the serving staff who had speech disabilities(Sorry missed his name) Leaning tree...please look into it. We trust you as a brand and expect atleast basic service with such a brand value. It was truly disappointing. I am writing a long review because I want you to address them n improve because we appreciate you.

I recently stayed at Lemon Tree Hotel in Kaushambi and had a truly wonderful experience, thanks in large part to the exceptional staff. A special mention goes to Uma Shankar, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The entire staff was courteous and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms were clean, the food was great, and the service was top-notch.

We had attended reception event of our family friends son. it was a beautiful organized event and very well managed by Mr. Naushad and his team. All the guests enjoyed at their best and had an amazing time. I would recommend this hotel for family gathering and wedding events.
