Was fooled by the strategically taken pictures. Nothing Lux about the place. Old, not well maintained hotel with poor service at the front desk (at least the day I was there!) Shower head from the 80's that spray in odd directions, bathtub fills up as you shower and takes a long time to drain well after you have finished showering. Others have to wait a long time to shower so they are not standing in your dirty water! Low ceiling in the room as well. Elevator jolts so beware if you have a fear... No AC, awkward parking that you pay $30 a day for. Careful if you have a larger vehicle. Very difficult to navigate around the many many poles. Anyway, wish I had read an honest review. Would not have wasted the time and money.

This hotel experience was disappointing. Water-stained ceiling tiles, mold near windows, a non-draining shower tub, and malfunctioning outlets significantly impacted the stay's comfort and overall satisfaction. Consideration for improvements is crucial.

We had the unfortunate experience of staying in the Lelux. The only positive thing is that is is close to the train station and only one stop to the Montreal F1 Grand Prix. The room was disgusting, dirty & run down with rusty nails in the bathroom, holes in the ceiling @ wallpaper peeling off. The air conditioning did not work & I had to keep my shoes by the side of the bed as the carpet was filthy. There was a soup kitchen in the car park next door. You were accosted my the many beggars going to the train station or getting a Starbucks. The area is horrible & felt really unsafe. Avoid.

Horrible. Rude staff, dirty rooms, mold and holes on the walls, blood stain on the ceiling, dirty sheets, no air conditioning, parking wasn’t available, waited 2 hours to check in, microwave and fridge do not work

DO NOT STAY HERE! Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. First we got there and waited 1 hour to get to our room (the system was down). When we got our hotel room it was okey. Clean and everything we needed. The next day we put out the tag for the room to be cleaned and for a restock of our coffee etc. When we got back after a long day of exploring the room was never cleaned and coffee was never restocked. So when I try to call the front desk the phone did not work. So I went down to get some coffee to restock the room but they did not have any (exuse was that cleaning people are not there). The restaurant is not open and they did not spesify that there will be no breakfast (but booklid says there is). The gym was so dirty. There where cups and dirty paper towels all over the floor. You do not even get what you pay for. Basic customer service is non existing.
