Don't take it. You will suffer. Horrible experience ever. Unclean, mismanaged, insects in bathroom/toilet and powercut, locality is bad. Paharganj is not a good locality. I walked in room and saw unclean towel at bathroom floor with clump of hair probably of previous guests. The staff who helped me move in tried to cover the clump with his feet. He left rightway, probably he could feel that it is dirty and I am going to ask him for a cleaning. Floor was dirtly. Hygiene issues in bathroom. Taps, shower heads are dirty. You don't want to touch them. In absence of shower curtains, water spills all around. Toilet seat is the worst part. Broken and small that you are almost seating without a seat. I did not use it. I used my personal towels. The staff is unprofessional. The hotel is named Le Roi which means The King in French. I am sure that French Kings were not that dirty. II paid for a multi-night stay but fled after just one night. The thought of spending another minute in that hotel was unbearable, forcing me to roam the streets of Delhi in the sweltering heat rather than return to that dreadful room. I ran away from there.

I stayed this hotel 6 years back. Again booked this time expecting same experience. But this time hotel quality and service both below standard. Stayed 5 days with 2 room First they allocated both low grade room. While challenging they changed one to exevutive. 1. Mattress poor condition. 2. Bathroom just dirtiest. Commod had old stool sticked. Stained. 3. Lift was under maintenance. 4. Breakfast very limited and poor quality. 5. TV hardly any channel. Purely lack of maintenance and below standrd now. Location always dirty and crowded ( it was well known no blame to hotel). Food quality and option also less. Room full price they taken at check in. While giving the bill no detailed food bill shared. One good thing you ll get 24 hrs service. At this price range ( 9K + for 2 room) always tou can expect far better quality. Regards AS

We stayed for 12 hrs as a transit halt. Everything was perfect. Room size was sufficient with a balcony. Bathroom was neat and clean. Bedsheets, towels were clean. Ample parking space. From balcony ( room no 316) can have a beautiful view of the railway platform and the lush green surroundings. They have a common boundary (with a gate in between) with the railway station. Through that gate you can reach the platform within a minute. Food available is on a bit higher(cost) side. Kids play area is there. Overall it was a good experience.

Dreadful Very very old furnishings Mattress terrible Towels/ bedding seen much better days And Why the rusty dirty bins ..It did make it smell, flies everywhere. No hot water, Apparently a Deluxe room. All we could smell urine in the duvet.
