This hotel and the team offers one of the most exceptional hospitality in the world. From front desk to kitchen to housekeeping to dining, all the staff is truly distinctive in their skill level I have been to hotels all around the world (Marriott, Taj, Hyatt, Waldorf etc) but Le Meridien Kochi truly stands out - thanks to the team there. Few moments I can remember: Amardeep: I told him once that I like mangoes. In my entire stay he made sure I get mangoes in breakfast everyday. Even after I returned to the hotel after 2 months, he remembered me and got me mangoes in breakfast. Souvik: Only in 1-2 days, he understood that I like ketchup with my omelette. After that, he would personally make sure that my omelette and ketchup are ready even before I sit at the breakfast table. Chef Rajesh: He truly understood my taste preference of healthy, vegetarian and protein rich and created a custom paneer tikka recipe for me. Not just this, he remembers the recipe even after 2 months. When I visited the restaurant yesterday, he quickly recollected my taste and made the exact same custom paneer tikka for me. Anitta, Khushi, Akshay and Neetu at the. front desk: Again, an exceptional team. They remember my room taste - what kind of room I want, what view I want and they will always find me that room. I even visited this hotel 1 year ago and they gave me a cute duplex suite for my mom and dad. Good stay ♥️ breakfast was super. The recetionist were so friendly. We are staying here for the third time its was nearly to the lake .. enjoyed a lot in the stay and will reccomend my friends also. This was the last day of our trip. Happy stay will definitely come back

Exceptional Experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The food spread was truly outstanding—diverse, delicious, and impeccably presented. What stood out even more was the prompt and attentive service at the restaurants. The staff were not only efficient but also incredibly warm and welcoming, making every meal a delightful experience, specially Mr. Anoop. A perfect blend of luxury and hospitality—highly recommended!

We stayed in LeMeridian for 3 days, had a great time while we where there, Rooms were hygiene, amenities and all the services were upto the mark, it's located around the back water and we had a great view from the hotel, garden area was huge to roam around, we got an excellent room service from Mr.Manjunath, he was nice and kind, he was a just call away for any kind of issue or services, would like to visit Lemeridian again since we had great experience this time.
