If you're thinking of staying at this hotel...DON'T DO IT. For what you pay, the overall experience and set up is not worth it. Our experience was very poor. On arrival the rooms were not as described on the booking; not enough towels, tissues, cutlery, crockery, wit tea and coffee facilities being minimal. When asking for anything extra it was met with reluctance. Service from Staff both lacking, and reception desk staff incredibly rude and confrontational. The fridge was broken in both our rooms and eventually after much complaining we got one sorted and the second never happened, there was always an excuse from staff. Staff have NOT been trained at all. On one of our days having asked for the room to be cleaned we returned back that evening at 10pm for nothing to have happened. After complaining yet again staff came to sort. On our final night, some of our family members came over and joined us for dinner. Again service was poor, food was standard, and we were constantly being rushed. Again staff were shocking and clearly lacked training I will not be returning to this hotel again.

The most horrible experience that we had in this hotel. Unhygienic, full of mosquitoes, washroom was dirty, leaking commode, unprofessional staff, bad reception staff and a total disastrous approach. If there was the maximum negative rating available, they deserve it. No one bothered to check or rectify the problems we faced. Promised never to go there again.

The moment you enter the hotel, you feel let down. No AC Working after compelling they are not helping at all bathroom is not up to the mark—poor service. The manager also behaves rudely against our genuine complaint. No value for money location is good, but the service and staff are highly untrained

We stayed at this hotel in March 2022 for business purpose and eventually it turned out to be a horrible experience. Highly rude staff especially front desk. They were talking to us as if they own us. Rooms are pretty much in horrible condition. Restaurant was not operational. One cup of tea takes minimum 50mins to come to your room. Anybody who is reading this review kindly request you not to book this hotel. It's worthless to your money and experience.
