Excellantly located property, good and spacious rooms, we stayed at Grand Pool view room. Property is clean, well maintained and as mentioned above, well placed. Lot of food choices right outside the property and entire AoNang beach market besides it. Only downside, staff courteousness can be improved AND more vegeterian (no seafood/no egg) options can be increased

There's so much to say about this resort, it was a decent price. All the people whining and complaining about it, check your price and let me know what you can get for that price elsewhere in the area? Thought so, you should have stayed at the Centara Grand, which was exceptionally more expensive, so be quiet. There are DEFINTELY nicer places but for the price it wasn't that bad. If you want a NICE room you'll def have to rent the villa sections of the resort. Location If you're looking for somewhere to get away from the hustle and bustle of the main city of the beach, this is NOT the place. Go to the Centara Grand if you want quiet. This resort on the edge of the main main area, but it's still a good location if you just wanted to walk to the town for the nightlife and all that. It doesn't have it's OWN beach but it is on the edge, so you aren't in the middle of other spots. It's near a ton of spots where you can book excursions, diving and ATVs. Hospitality People keep whining about the language barrier on these reviews. Use Google Translate if you're having an issue. Use your brain. Other than that, I only speak English and I was able to understand everyone and they understood me. Maybe you just suck at communicating (looking at you with the bad reviews). Everyone there was super accommodating and even offered rides when I had to walk to my room. The front desk was SUPER nice and I even bought all of them Burger King for their efforts and hospitality, shout to Thippawan who was really nice to me and my friends during our stay here. Thank you!!! Service Across the board it was a great service, every time we called, we were handled with great speed and accuracy. My friends were even able to upgrade their room to the Villa and DAMN that was a nice ass spot, and it was HUGE! Amenities This place has a great list of amenities at it's disposal. The highlights are the 2 pools beach, . There are 2 bars that serve alcohol and food as well. 1 swim up bar as well. One thing to note: Sal at the pool bar was very nice to us and treated us with respect and it was great. We did end up meeting two other Americans from Boston there and they loved the resort as well for what it was. Food Didn't try too much of the food, but breakfast was decent, the omelet bar was really special. Overall, this resort is great for the price we paid. I think it's best for people who want to be close to the nightlife area and have a bit of quiet too. I'd def come back to this resort if I wanted to spend some time again in Krabi. All you other people who are complaining, just stay away so the prices don't go up! lol

The resort is old property. The staff including the reception is not interested especially when you book through Booking.com or any other site. Language is a big issue. Overall a terrible place, you can avoid. No one is interested. The rooms are just average.

This hotel has gone down hill since last time I was there the room they gave me was right behind the bars couldn't sleep ..they moved me after I complained my daughter had a pool villa which was nice .. nothing great about this hotel phone didn't have a lead so didn't work pool not very clean everything about this hotel has gone down hill .would not go again

After visiting here Seven years ago and loving the place, with the fantastic location we decided to go again. Our experience was pretty poor from the start, there was no welcome drink and we had paid for a pool villa which on the surface was good, but poor maintenance had left this room with faults that should not be experienced, this included pool pumps and general electrical faults at night making the lights come on whilst we were asleep. Breakfast was poor quality, the resort seemed more interested in entertaining local businesses for a few baht but putting poor quality food out. Staff look unhappy and nothing is happening in resort, the pools seem unused now the kitchen facilities are mothballed. This hotel is waiting to be taken over. It needs an animation team to bring it to life, maintenance, and staff that smile.
