Poor customer orientation. The staff was curt. Had to wait an hour for the room. Simple polite interactions could always make such instances tolerable. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case at Kohinoor. I Won’t be coming back to this place.

We regularly visit this hotel , bcoz of the amazing staff , good ambience, lovely interiors, good music and Super delicious food. Manager Shashikant and his team from Soiltaire treat is so well that we allways make it a point ti visit often. Master Chef Mukesh Dhondiyal prepares super delicious mutton biryani. The food served here is awesome. Mr Jason , Mr Umesh are fery warm and welcomming and take good care of us whenever we visit, so I made it a point to remove time and post a 5star review for the impecable hospitality. Thanks team, ull doing a great job !

Me and my wife stayed in the month of feb and had a wonderful experience at kohinoor whether it's food,rooms or the people. I would specifically like to mention Namrata who was at the reception and was ready to help us with whatever we required, she and her team made our stay comfortable.

The whole experience of our stay from start to finish was just excellent. The reception staff were very efficient and patient. As we had booked 12 rooms in the hotel, all my guests were extremely happy with the housekeeping staff fulfilling all their needs. Rooms were spacious and very comfortably luxurious. I would certainly recommend this hotel for their hospitality and the tasty and varied cuisine in the restaurant. All in all a vert satisfying experience.
