The best Lodge and Hotel in Chittorgarh. Very Well Maintained rooms at 'The Best' Price. Even they make maximum adjustments as per customers' needs and budget. Restaurant is also best. Multi cuisine including South Indian food which I loved being from Karnataka. I must say about The Owner, Mr. Shantilal who is the best Human I've ever met. He is so Cool, Humble & Helpful which makes outsiders feel better as if dealing with a friend. Even if I had taken a non-AC room, he gave me AC facility free. While going outside he once dropped me & second time even gave his bike itself for a whole day. Many more such care taking of Customers... When I thanked him with some Money, He told no need of that, just give us good ratings! Person who is committed to do such business satisfying customers, is always the best option for Tourists. Even more, all the staff and restaurant people are friendly and happy to keep us happy..!

Stayed here for 2 nights in room 102 in December. The room was on the first floor up a flight of stairs, although there is a lift for this and the upper floors. The room was a good size for a double with an old school analogue TV, chairs, coffee table and a bench to work on, but no wardrobe or anything to hang clothes. The bed was an actual double with two pillows and a fleece for the duvet. The sheeting and pillow looked and smelled clean enough. The fleece was probably not, at least not judging from the musky smell. The mattress is not all that comfortable as it’s a polyurethane foam mattress. If you’re not encountered that before, then neither have I. It’s basically the type of thing you’d find to cushion packaging. I slept okay, it was just a bit too firm as the mattress was thin and the bed wood. It also gets hot when sleeping due to the foam and this is in winter. The pillow wasn’t all that comfortable either, it was firm and hard to sleep on. There is Wifi throughout the hotel and works fine Some of the staff have a functional grasp of English, but maybe my Scottish accent was difficult to understand. The staff are supportive and do their job, which is not bad considering it’s a budget hotel. The bathroom was okay. The walls and floors were tiled, stained by age, but the corners of the floor were just dirty from poor maintenance. Otherwise the bathroom was functional. The bathroom had a hot water tank which also controlled the hot water tap. The latter I had get the staff to help me with because it was such an unusual way to get hot water from the taps. Switching on the tank gets hot water on demand, so that’s a good thing in winter. Overall, I had an okay stay. Bearing in mind it is a budget hotel in a small Indian city, I thought it was fine for a 2 night stay.

I stayed in this hotel during my visit to chittorgarh with my family. Rooms are neat and clean and appropriately sized. Room service is prompt. I really enjoyed my stay here. The night view from the roof top of hotel was excellent and was soothing. The dunne at the rooftop made the night with my family. Everything is nearby -Railway Station, bus stand domino's and local market. We enjoyed our trip.

Staying at Kriti plaza was good experience. Staff behavior was good and rooms are clean. Hotel manager was prompt support and helpful. Hotel is near to railway station and chittorgarh fort is 3 km from hotel. Reccomended to stay here and enjoy holidays at chittorgarh.
