People running the place were very arrogant and incredibly rude, other staff were nice though. Very noisy place and barely clean. Poor quality breakfast was supposed to be free but I was requested to pay. There are better options in the area.

This Hotel is Very close proximity roughly 1.5Kms from airport and Located in busy street.and busstop is walkable distance and hotel staff is very friendly room service kinda slow can be improved over-all best for your buck .budget and comfy rooms.

A Decent Hotel for a Quick Stopover

An ideal hotel if you've a flight to catch from the airport. The main advantage is the hotels' proximity to/from the airport. Another plus point is the complimentary pick up/drop service 24/7. We stayed in a non-ac room and it was decent enough for an overnight stay. The food items are a bit expensive though. Given a choice, I will surely be staying the next time I have a flight to catch from Chennai airport.

Hotel is located on a busy place but close to airport. Plus point is free airport pick up and some friendly staff but rest all are negative. Please do not book this hotel as price is so expensive and you could get lot better hotels for this price. As there is a street behind this hotel with houses, lot of disturbances till 1am at night, so couldn't sleep and when informed to hotel they say, they can't do anything as its not in there hotel but outside. Requested for a cab to get dropped at pondicherry. Ibrahim said initially 2500 but when i asked for ISKON and mahabalipuram sight seeing he said Rs.2800. I said fine. Next morning just before the start, he says ISKON not possible and only mahabalipuram. I had no option but to take and with no reduction in price. The worst part in this is hotel takes commission on these cab's too and not small amount. Driver was paid only 2000 and hotel kept 800. What a pathetic service by hotel i should say. They should provide this at free or nominal charge not so expensive. Luckily the driver was good atleast. NO inhouse restaurant and to bring food in, the prices are very high.. No storage in room to store your worn cloths or to be worn cloths i.e. no wardrobes. The one which is there is in pathetic condition. Got lured to take this hotel due to free airport pick up, but guys you can get taxi at nominal charge by airport authority to anywhere in city so don't go for this hotel at such expensive price with such below average facilities and services. Finally I booked this hotel but they put me in KEK ACCOMMODATION which is few meters away. This way they fool customers as they use KEK Annexure ratings for us to book and fill up KEK ACCOMMODATION.

Just OK OK for short stay

Located ( at Pallavaram) very close to Chennai International Airport, good enough budget accommodation if you want a short stay between your connecting flights. They have pick up and drop facility to Airport as part of the room bill. The cost at which all these things are available is really enticing. The street in which it is located is a bit congested but shouldn't be a problem for short stay. Rooms are neat. The staff can be little bit more professional. Pick up and drop was prompt. All in all a good budget hotel for short stay very close to airport.
