It's very important to update honest review so that nobody get through such experience. When we arrive at hotel n saw gate n entrance i had high expectations, i really thought it's going to be great. We were celebrating our anniversary. Things were absolutely different, do not go by entrance n reception that's the good place of hotel. We were made to wait for check in n were told room is getting cleaned n i was explained good procedure of cleanliness they do bt when got into room it dint looked good at all n husband n i thought let's nt have high expectations, within next five minutes we were shocked to see condom pack lying near bed. I rush to reception to change room. My room was even changed bt that was one room where u can take if u have no plans to sleep..entire night there was noise of chairs n table being dragged as the room was below resturant. It all went until 1am den started again morning 7am. We were complaining about it n guy on receiption was so ignorant he kept on saying okay okay okay...what sort of hotel was this i was shocked..they changed our room again next day which was different from 2rooms we had seen in 24hrs...clean + amenities i was shocked y they dint gv us this room in first go. It was same room of our catagory. I feel they were testing us with dirty n Pathetic rooms if we can adjust..breakfast is not that great.. it doesn't deserve to be 4 star as shown on go Ibibo. While check out they treated us as if we stayed for free..we called reception for luggages none answered. Me n my husband picked ourself luggage ourself to reception n then to even our car after check out..we paid rs 13000 for 2nights for this place now i understand y it was non refundable rates for this one online. I will never suggest anyone this hotel. Lady at reception in day n guy at night both are not at all helpful. Ruined our trip..

We enjoyed our stay at grand imperial resort and spa, the view from there balcony is mesmerising and there north Indian food is fabulous. Staff is very helpful and polite, i will recommed it to anyone looking to spend there vacation on hills

The Hotel is beautifully located at the end of Mall Road. There is a 5 min walk from the hotel to Mall Road. The rooms are clean and have attached balcony. The view from the balcony was scenic. We also ordered many Food Items in our room and the taste was good. We also took breakfast buffet which was great too. A good hotel at a nice location.

worst service ever i faced in life, no hot water in room toilets are not clean no proper amenities, they just charged much from the guest. food is tasteless they did not have have the experienced staff in their hotel, reception staff did not respect their guests. will not go their again if i get free accommodation.
