Overall experience was good staff was polite and everyone is treating like good and all the services was on time and allmost everything was available which needed as a hotel customer and cleanliness is the main factor I am impressed with allmost everything was fine

Fabulous place, easily this resort seem to employ the best of the best as their staff. Courteous, passionate and skilled people. One can easily see and feel the vision of their management - customers are their true North and if you ever want to to experience of being treated royally, then just visit Kaldan and stay to feel it your self.
