Overhyped below average hotel-does not live up to the expectations associated with the JW Marriott brand -Below average food - horrible ergonomics in room (lights for bathroom are outside and on the opposite wall) master switch and light switches are not placed conveniently, lack of privacy with the sliding bathroom door not locking properly -mosquito in room -Noisy hotel overflowing with guests -Less staff to attend to guests at front desk and concierge area

I choose always jw Marriott if I’m coming and visiting Mumbai it’s very class and relaxing hotel it’s like a home for me facilities and rooms are nice clean, also food in breakfast there’s a lot of choices of food and also the staff are so hospitable and respectful and friendly, and special mention to Mr Reshav Thakur who’s guiding me when I’m cheking in he is so accommodating and helpful also the other receptionists.
