We stayed for 2 nights in this hotel from 6-8 April. Even though the location is awesome at the centre of the commercial district but we didn’t find the personal touch. It was always crowded. The restaurants were always full. Food options were good but it was very crowded on both the nights for dinner. Our room was upgraded (due to my gold tier) which is very much appreciated. I will prefer to stay at a hotel which provides a personal touch which was provided at Ritz Carlton (where we stayed for 3 nights) after this stay.

We stayed at JW Marriott for two nights, and due to our short stay and having three little kids with us, we didn't raise any complaints at the time. However, we were quite disappointed with the room we were given. It was located on the 2nd floor, with a view overlooking a 7/11 convenience store, which wasn't a big deal. However, the sliding bathroom door was incredibly loud and scratchy whenever we tried to open or close it, forcing us to keep it open to avoid waking the kids. The shower was also excessively loud, and the bathroom sink kept clogging, which was quite unpleasant, as we had to brush our teeth over a pool of dirty water. Additionally, the toilet spray was leaking. While we plan to write directly to the management about these issues, had we been staying longer and noticed the bathroom problems before unpacking, we would have certainly raised our concerns immediately. This was unexpected from JW Marriott. Nonetheless, the hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the bustling area, although it can be noisy if that bothers you. The hotel itself is luxurious and grand. I didn't have the chance to explore the amenities or have breakfast, but my husband and daughter did go, and they weren't overly impressed. Some of the baked goods and juices tasted a bit off. We will most likely consider staying here again in the future just because of the location.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome that made us feel right at home. As proud Bonvoy members at the Ambassador level, we have had the pleasure of staying at various Marriott properties, but our experience at this JW Marriott truly stood out. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the amazing lounge staff, including Sarah, Sei, Rebecca, Lwin, Rajab, and Karan. Their impeccable service, genuine warmth, and attention to detail made our time here truly special. Whether it was a personalized recommendation or a friendly smile, they went above and beyond to ensure that we had a memorable stay. The luxurious accommodations, stunning views, and top-notch amenities added to the overall experience. Every aspect of the hotel exuded elegance and sophistication, making it a true gem in Kuala Lumpur. We cannot recommend JW Marriott highly enough. If you are looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay in Kuala Lumpur, look no further than this exceptional property. Worst internet connection ever Noone helped to take luggages when arrived Hallway so noisy Overcrowded elevator Best of all, with many signs of no smoking in the pool area and with many children swimming, there was 1 western guy just casually smoking without a care and no staffs around. The only positive is the location.

Good hotel, no windows in the lower floors

The hotel was nice, location and breakfast were very good, HOWEVER, it was misleading that we have booked of what is called a superior room. And it turns out that there is no window, depressive room, no sunlight. I had to speak to the front desk and they have insisted that they have mentioned it on the booking platform and I asked them to show me and they couldn’t find it, after arguing back and forth they have changed my room with a window, however the view was a dirty and poor view of an old building behind the hotel. Even the pictures on the website shows there is a window, but if you zoom enough and look at the window you would find it is a closed window, a wall covering it, but it looks heavily photoshopped to hide the fact there is no actual window. I find this misleading
