Absolutely great hotel, our daughter has egg & nut allergies and the Chef Mr Rishank Kamra assisted us on our 2 stays at the hotel, reassured us & made dishes especially for our daughter separately...we couldn't have asked for anything better, excellent service 😊 from all the team. I had an excellent experience at JW Spa and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-managed wellness facility. The spa, steam, and swimming facilities are truly top-rated — always clean, well-maintained, and incredibly soothing. A special thanks to Manager Diana for her exceptional oversight and ensuring everything runs smoothly. I would also like to appreciate Chandan and Satish for their outstanding general service and constant support. The gym experience has been equally impressive thanks to trainers Ahmad, Nooman, and Adil. They are all extremely friendly, approachable, and always ready to assist, making my daily visits enjoyable and motivating. Overall, the entire team goes above and beyond to create a welcoming and professional environment. Looking forward to continuing my visits! Highly recommended!
