Chose this hotel as its near to the airport so my kids could have a decent sleep and breakfast before our 11am flight. We chose the executive suite with runway view and it was such a treat for the kids. The room was lovely and so was the hotel. Staff were all really attentive. We got two way transfers and the drivers were so professional. Wholly recommend this hotel out of all the aerocity hotels if you have an early flight.

Hi I would like to share my stay in Aero City Delhi on 11th April 2026, I paid almost 33000 for one night stay, I was travelling with my son, I ordered white sauce pasta costing INR2100 around, which was uncooked and not upto the mark so i complained about it, then they arranged a pizza which waz again so pathetic, I dont understand 5 star hotels are not believing in customer service and rather they charged for the same, they did not even bothered to correct it. After paying so high the food i gonna give ZERO to them. Dont stay in this hotel if you like eating good food.

Beautiful property but with a minor disappointment

We were completing a 3 week tour and landed at the JW for our last night before our early morning flight the next day. Because of the logistics of the tour, it was easier to have the agent handle all the hotel bookings for the 3 weeks. As Titanium Elite Bonvoy members, we prefer Bonvoy properties and knew fully well that having the agent book would mean forfeiting points and other perks. This isn't the first time we let the agent (for simplicity's sake) handle the reservations when the trip has many moving parts. From past experience, we know that in these cases the management can exercise discretion with simple things like Club Access, upgrades if available, etc even if the booking was done through a third party. We were barely staying a 1/2 day and upon inquiring about lounge access, we were firmly denied... IMO not a grand request. It's always the little things that make the difference and distinguish "good" from "excellent". Even though this was well within their rights, we are disappointed that this property missed the opportunity to show their appreciation for loyal Bonvoy clients which speaks to a general attitude.. and for this, even though the property is beautiful, I gave them 4 stars.
