Had a wonderful stay, Ms. Atoshi was very warm at welcoming and did not made us wait at the front desk, promptly responses to every query. She was very amazing person.Kudos to Atoshi .🎉🎉🎉🎊 Food was amazing too, breakfast area staffs was also very polite and attentive.

Our stay at JW Marriott Hotel Kolkata was truly exceptional and memorable. From the warm welcome to the impeccable hospitality, every aspect of the experience reflected luxury, comfort, and genuine care. Our 5-year-old had an absolutely wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of the stay, which made the experience even more special for us as a family. A heartfelt thank you to Saaesha Bhattacharya for her outstanding hospitality, constant support, and thoughtful attention to detail throughout our visit. Her warmth, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel genuinely valued and added a very personal touch to our stay. A special mention to Ujwal as well — we had an amazing time at the lounge, and his hospitality and service made the experience even more enjoyable and memorable. We leave with beautiful memories and truly look forward to returning again soon.

Experience and ambience are of top notch. Had a very pleasant stay and the room had a great view. Hotel team were very cordial and helpful. Check in and check out was smooth. A special mention to Ms Atoshi of Team JW Marriot. Chef Ramakrishna made the best dosas ever and my family totally loved the food.
