Travelers complained about small rooms with concrete walls that allowed mosquitoes to enter. The cleanliness of the rooms was also an issue, with wet sheets and giant spiders on the walls. The restroom had a worm, and overall, the room conditions were not satisfactory.

Lizard, earthworms in bathroom frog noise. Both gals at reception not good to talk. Asked if we can do kayak and zipline and no one was there so she said then dont do if u cant wait. Removed beer from fridge and kept outside cos they were irritated to keep it inside and remove it. Don't recommend.

Absolutely Horrible. Booked a two days stay with my son. Via agoda.com They made me wait while they figured out that i have indeed pre-paid. The room was a very bad Barely furnished. Smelly. No water. Nothing. Unchanged sheets. A blanket was exactly where the previous resident had kicked it off. No waste paper basket so that previous occupant (or maybe even others before him) had left wrappers and stuff on the floor. The bed was a very uncomfortable mattress on a concrete perch. The bathroom was a damp dark stinky thing. Drained out directly outside through a hole in the wall. The room i was given was directly next to the kitchen and received the full benefit of fumes and smells. The staff at the desk were not in the least concerned. Did not attempt any resolution. So i just left. I hold booking.com responsible for including such a dump in their property listings. The place is best described as an extension of a bus stand. Stay away !

We were part of a tour group to Doodhsagar falls and our lunch was scheduled at the restaurant in Jungle Book.  We were met with extreme hostility from the moment we entered the restaurant. There were some goons (I am not going to justify by calling them waiters) handing out tokens for the buffet, who were ready to pounce and beat up anyone who was not able to understand their language and ways! After getting the token, the buffet area was being managed by a guy who was behaving as if he was giving food for free. Literally shoving plates in our hands and ordering/screaming to put plates back in a certain area after lunch.  On to the lunch, TASTELESS FOOD AT ITS BEST. And if you need water better go buy bottles of water that's not part of the buffet. Avoid this place at all costs, if you don't want to ruin your holiday. There are small shops outside, eat something from outside.

Had an amazing time at Jungle Book...the location is perfect, few mins walk to the Jeep Safari Tours which take you to Dudhsagar falls....the lunch buffet had a good range of options and was tasty....special thanks to the owner Joseph, Samson and Karishma for making our stay memorable....we made a suggestion to install a step for our aged parents so they could enter the accommodation without requiring help as the step was a little high and this was done instantly with a permanent fixture fitted to enable ease of entrance....thanks to the everyone at the property for helping us have a wonderful trip. We will visit again.

We were brought here by the recommendation of our hired auto. "You will get buffet lunch and a spice plantantion tour saar" he said. We believed him and paid INR400 per person to attend to this place. I wonder how much comission did he score on fleecing us. What followed was horrible. Food was cold, stale and without any taste. Had to wait multiple times to get some items. We were tired and hungry, we just ate. Washbasin was overflowing and we had to put our own plates to a "blue bin" except there wasn't one. The guided tour to so called "plantation" was just a farce so the guide could tell us "importance" of various ( only 5 ) plants and later upsell these same spices back to us. Infuriating. Tour lasted about 30 minutes during which we were questioned and schoold and condescened by guide about our ignorance for spice plants. Avoid at all costs. Better eat some pongas and kurkure from nearby shops rather than having their "buffet" and giving them a single penny.
