I got my electronics STOLEN from the room. The hotel would actually be decent if it wasn’t from the untrustworthy and impolite staff. On our last day one of the servants offered to clean our room and I ended up getting my AirPods Pro (that I had naively left in the room). When I inquired with the staff the hotel supervisor blamed me… The experience clearly shows a lack of client service and accountability within the hotel. Safe to say that I won’t be back.

Good Indian style hotel

As a foreigner one has to be careful how to review Indian hotels because locals can accept conditions much more readily than we can who are used to European standards. This was my first hotel in a 3 week stay, all of which were booked by my Indian agent who generally made a terrible hash of my accomodation. The hotel is in a great location with lots of eating places and Hardiram is literally around the corner. My first surprise was that there was no lift but the staff carried my cases up to my floor. My room was ok. They supplied two large complimentary bottles of water, a kettle and tea and coffee facilities. Wifi was difficult at the beginning but they fixed it and after that it was fine. They supplied toiletries in the bathroom which is always useful. The breakfast was Indian buffet style which was fine and the great thing is that they also supplied muesli and eggs if requested. I was here for three nights and my first response was that it was a bit downmarket but after comparison with subsequent hotels I revised my opinion and thought it was ok. It has all the essentials and it’s in a good location and lacking nothing major. I just felt it was a bit dark and a good coat of white paint to freshen it up would be very beneficial. I don’t know what the cost was because I paid for an overall package for three weeks but it was fine if you weren’t expecting western standards. I would recommend it for a budget hotel

Me n my school friend had been visiting jukaso for the past one year. We use to have our personal work as well as our school work and always felt this place is the best until today... we were so taken back when we were charged 1000 rupees for our friend to meet us in the room. They had never done this before , usually hotel do take the necessary I'd .since when did hotels charge money as if we were doing something wrong. We are aware that one doesn't stay . Now we will not think twice before coming to this place.

They cancelled my booking inspite of booking before 2 months reason they gave was that they were over booked…. Worst hotel of delhi dont waste your money here…. They offered me worst room instead of my payment… This hotel dont take customer seriously

Very nice hotel, very nice place in the middle of everywhere, and very nice staff too.! You can go there without hesitation. The breakfast is good too, you can ask.what you want. The prices are ok, and it was nice to stay there.
