The food was great at the time of my stay.i enjoyed being around the hotel .it's fitted with some good antiques.and the restaurant service was good ,namely NAGARASU.S was well handy .And the opening was good with some royal arch type setting and hotel was very close to the temple

From the front desk, initial check in was assisted by Varsha and Ramachandran. They greeted us very well, really helpful in getting the checkin formalities done without any delay. Rooms are excellent with all the wood work in it and the toilets were super clean. Got a pool view room which was the best part. Breakfast area was really awesome with some good variety of spread. Kamatchi was very helpful in getting us our orders from the live counter and the courtesy of asking if we needed anything else is really appreciated. Thank you staff ! All in all a very good experience at JC RESIDENCY.

Restaurant are excellent with their services ,the tandoori dishes that are made by prakash and nandhu are excellent and mouthwatering thank you and by the service by Mr abisheik are outstanding with his skill ,excellent work by them thank you

Room, food was good. , hotel was heritage themed. Good parking, in a calm and residential place. Pool was good. Overall hotel experience was good. Varsha k at the reception took good care of us. Helped us in everything. All the staff were good and polite.

Enjoyed the atmosphere. All staff are very friendly. Reception staff to restaurant staff all are friendly and welcoming. Really enjoyed our stay. There are alot more staffs name to be mentioned i am mentioning a few so far i remember room service Ramesh, jasmine, varsha, restaurant staffs annam, kamkshi, and rest of the team.
