Great shower. Hand shower faces away from you so you can start the water and wait for it to get warm without getting wet. Had great hand bars in the shower. Only problem was the floor drain as it would fill up with water and would drain extremely slowly. You were standing in water. Rooms were nice and quite. A/C blew on the bed so had to shut down during the night. Got awfully warm by morning. Only on the one bed but did not want to catch a cold. A Very, very long walk from entrance to your room. Rooms are spread out on the compound. Hallway in front of our door had a water feature. very fancy. Food was very spicy in restaurant. No real choice for non-spicy. Trial and error looking for non-spicy.

One of the nicest hotel experiences I had so far. The staff is extra friendly, and is there at every step for your questions and needs. The hotel is very clean and neat. Restaurants provide you with a variety of foods, and the tapas bar is superb. They even made a extra cocktail for one of my friends by special request. The gym is nice, and my friends had a super nice experience in the spa.

Long journey and was great to receive such a warm welcome at the Hotel. From the doorman to the reception and even at dinner and breakfast - always with a smile. Check-in was a simple affair and I was soon in my room. Was very spacious with a large bed, work station, tea/coffee station and a safe. The water was hot and the bed comfortable. The room had a small balcony which faced a beautiful courtyard and garden. The food was excellent and the service top notch👍 Recommendations were made and I really enjoyed the extra mile the staff went for me.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Felt like a princess. Nicest staff. Big thanks to Kaushal from housekeeping and Akhil, they were helping me 24 hours with everything. Also the driver Shyam I had was so nice. I definitely recommend staying here, it’s super clean.

Service was prompt and courteous. Breakfast was in abundance would love to see more steamed plain vegs. Housekeeping was excellent. Pavilion food is the best compared to other venues. I loved goldfish pond, fishes were hiding heat however when someone approaches get out of the shade
