Rooms & toilets are not clean, quilt are without cover with bad smell, no wifi in rooms no intercom facility for room service, drinking water is not good, unsafe parking many more negative things I would not suggest to anyone to go there it's really very bad experance with family, I pay Rs 1500 for Rs 500 facility on 4th Jan 2024. 😠

Jai mahal palace, one of the very best hotels i have visited. Rooms were fine, ambience was good. The hospitality there was awesome i must appreciate Ramanand ji, Yatharth Surendra at front desk, Aneesh, Satya and Tannu Risabh Manoj, Vikram ji jogendra ji from Marble Arch and Giardino, Balveer ji and Imran from Housekeeping. Overall a excellent experience.

hotel lift was very old .it's not working and even if work it work very slowly.parking also outside the main road.they charged super delux from me and provided normal room where cleaning was not done properly.

hotel jai mangal palace location is very good its near from metro station and opposite of bus depo and near from jaipur station , the jai mangal palace is good hotel but its old hotel and rooms are not clean, , room service is avrage , resturant area is also not good
