A stay at the ITC Windsor in Bengaluru (Bangalore) India is truly one of the great experiences that anyone can have in their lives. From tasteful spacious surrounds that hark back to a bygone era, to four of the best restaurants cooking a range of Indian delicacies. The restaurants range from Dumn Pukht which had the best tasting Indian menu I have ever eaten, Dakshin brought the flavours of the South (and is an award winning restaurant) the Royal Afgan with its kebabs, tandoors and breads cooked in clay ovens to the all day dining at the Raj Pavillion were a delight and you need 10 days to properly try everything on the menu! There is a fabulous lounge which does happy hour complimentary food and beverages. The selections of local wines were a real discovery. The rooms are spectacular and we had a huge suite. The Kalpa Spa has great treatments and we had 5 couples deep tissue massages in 10 days it was that good (and needed) The service at restaurants, in the Spa, lounge, the housekeepers etc was wonderful, friendly, helpful always with a smile. The head chef greeted us nearly everyday and offered to make us things not on the menu. I will probably get some names wrong and there will be some names I have missed but here goes!: Head Chef: Vedant Spa: Sreenavasan, Srinivas Raj Pavillion : Jagadish, Penchalaliah Duty Manager: Abhishek Lounge: Balaramurali Dum Pukht : Mukhiya Mangers: Reshma, Preet House Keeper: Rayma Raj Pavillion: Shiva Chef Dumn Pukht: Ehtishan Dakshin: Jagdesh Royal Afgan manager (sorry I didn’t catch his name) From the moment we were greeted by the GM Deepak and his team this holiday has been a Gastronomic, Spa and recuperative break that we so needed. It was third visit at ITC Windsor. What made me to come back is staff service. I must thank KIRAN for his exemplary service and helping and friendly attitude which made me to stay at ITC Windsor each time. Rooms were decent. Breakfast spread was excellent, special thanks to Chef Asaithambi for the excellent dosas and warm hospitality. This time i used spa which was quite relaxing and rejuvenating. Overall i had a wonderful stay.

Overall, My experience with Mr. Anurag during the check-in process at the ITC Windsor Bengaluru was deeply disappointing. It is evident that there is a need for significant improvement in his approach to guest interactions and problem-solving. I would strongly urge management to address these shortcomings promptly to ensure that future guests do not encounter similar issues.

Never ever thought ITC Windsor can have a dinghy small claustrophobic room. We arrived late on 26th March and checked in to this tiny room. Between my daughter and me we hand about 6 gadgets and hardly any plugs. No room in the wardrobe. Was such a disappointment I had stayed more than few times at this hotel before pandemic and was also so lovely and wanted my daughter to stay there with me. Thanks to Ms Vaishnavi and Mr Suresh they managed to give us a slightly better room in the new tower next day. And our rest of the 2 days there were reasonably nice. But the initial distress did hamper our pleasure
