Very welcoming and a very reasonable priced hotel for the amenities

First of all, we booked the duplex (me and my husband SB) and it was very spaced out , well working air conditioning , all cutlery and amenities available including the hair dryer and amazingly they had a washer, detergent and dryer which I had no issues using at any time of the day. The cleaning lady was also very kind and welcoming, in our interactions with her (used Google translate to help as she speaks Arabic). The best thing about this place however was the owner whom is very polite, considerate and informative and helpful. He was amazing and he does well running this place. No qualms about this place and the welcome we received was very highly appreciated. If I ever return to Istanbul would book again. You can't get this sort of service and politeness at just any hotel.

Really it is very nice place and clean and the most important two things that it is just 2 mins walk to medan taksim & istklall str. And the staff their was friendly specially I’d like to thank Mr. Ahmed and Miss Dohaa really they are very kind and helpful this was my first time in this place and isa will not be the last Thx to all staff in Istanbul hub flats till we meet again soon isa

The flat is very comfortable and the staff are very kind and helpful, the location of the flat is the most suitable feature where it is located near Taksim square and near the metro. Highly recommend and thanks to the staff again for being very helpful.

It is a well located hotel near to taksim square 5 mins walking. A good service and a clean room with a helpful receptionist. The room was big enought with a small kitchen and a washing machine. The hotel offer a taxi service with no more additional fees.

Stayed here with friends last year and was happy with the visit. The receptionist welcomed us upon our arrival and provided continued support throughout our stay. The apartments are very modern, with a fully equipped kitchen. Whilst our lower room was perfect, the upper room not so much. We found dust to be a continuous issue despite the hard working cleaners thoroughly cleaning the room everyday. The bathroom light did not work, which meant the bathroom door had to remain open whilst showering to even see in the dark. This was raised with the reception who advised that management was informed, however it was not rectified during our stay. The flats/apartments has a number of local corner shops within 1-2 minute walking distance which was convenient. A major selling point was the proximity of the main train station which is based in Taksim Square, a 4 minute walk away. Istiklal Street is at the other end of Taksim Square (5 min walk), probably the most active quarter in Istanbul with hundreds of high street stores and eating places. On numerous occasions we were able to buy food from ample quality food outlets at 2-3am in the morning. The location and price of Istanbul HUB represents value for money.
