We stayed 3 nights on mid february and we enjoyed a lot the room, spacious, calm and clean. Not too far from the koshan road area but ideal for the family in terms of noise level ;) The breakfast was very good and incluses fresh fruits or bread. Our host was very kind. On the last day we had to leave at 7am so she prepared in our fridge a breakfast for the trip! We really recommend this nice place.

This generously sized and wonderfully located apartment is really all you need in Bangkok! Its decorated to resemble a vintage thai abode. It's close enough to Khai Sarn street without being too close to Khao Sarn street. We were a family of 4 adults and 2 infants. We had adjoining rooms which was exceptionally convenient. The room and bathrooms are generously sized and furnished for comfort. The air condition worked perfectly. The breakfasts were absolutely amazing and the owner could not do enough for our party. She was warm, loving and very accommodating. She was reachable on WhatsApp and gave us great advice on shopping sightseeing etc. Her two nieces were lovely and cooked us yummy food ont he mornings. My daughter loved apple juice, she made sure it was available..We never heard any noise from the roads and because the street was a local street where people lived and went about their day it was fascinating to observe. Neighbours walked by greeted you, played with the children.. a really safe and chilled environment. We used grab taxis to go everywhere.. very cheap but it's a major city so be wary of the traffic.. as some days a 15 minutes journey could take an hour.. I cannot reccomend this accommodation highly enough and thank the owner and her nieces enough..

We've spend few days in Bangkok and our hotel choice couldn't be better. Nice and clean place, with friendly service and really good breakfast. Location is rally good, close to Khaosan Road, but very quite the place. Recommended 100%!

Cozy and clean, close to Khaosan Road, need taxi for CBD

The stay is located very close to Khaosan Road for those interested in partying. Other than that, to get to the CBD, you will most likely need a taxi as there are no trains nearby, but luckily enough, it isn't too far and taxis are quite cheap. Plenty of street markets nearby and there is a 7Eleven right outside. Nouvo City Hotel is right next door, and it makes it a very easy and convenient place to order a taxi. For the place itself, it has all the necessary amenities, with a large bathroom and living area. The place was cleaned once every other day for us, and the aircon does its job well to keep the inside cool and dry. There is also a fridge inside. No cooking appliances, however. Simple and does the job well, no problems at all. The stairwell can be a bit tough to get up or down, with slightly steep steps, no elevator (only 3 floors including ground altogether, however) and very easy to hit your head going down. Floorboards are slightly creaky so other people entering their rooms might wake you up. There are four rooms in this BnB altogether, two on each floor, with the ground being the lobby. One of the best parts was the breakfast provided in the morning. Made it extremely convenient to get that meal sorted, and just a nice way to start the day by sitting in the outdoor seated and covered area in the morning to soak up the atmosphere. The food is cooked meat and vegetables with rice for us with something different each day, along with desserts every other day. Of course, there is also cereal, and they make your egg and bacon on request.

In pieno centro e tutto a disposizione (ristoranti, servizio lavanderia, 7eleven..). Le ragazze super disponibili e sempre con il sorriso... colazione curata nei minimi dettagli, pulizia e comodità della camera.. se potessi darei un voto in più. Bravissime tutte continuate così.
