Surprisingly this hotel is very clean, comfortable and quiet to be in such a dirty place. From the outside, you wouldn't want to stay there very long. But once inside, it is clean and comfortable, We stayed 2 nights as we saw the major sights in New Delhi on the way west.

This place looks dirty but it was really the roaches that came out at night that made this a bad place to stay. Gross. My parents talked to hotel management but the guy was indifferent. If you have very low standards and are on a tight budget, then sure, stay here. But with the multitudes of hotels in New Delhi, you may want to stay elsewhere.

Totally unprofessional staff. Do not honour ur reservation. You need to carry ur marriage certificate if u are a couple and u wish to stay in this hotel. Me and my husband had pre booked a room but the manager refused us a room because our surnames were different. We offered our I cards , but the manager wanted to see the proof of marriage. Now who carries their marriage certificate while going out. So if you are newly married and you wish to stay in this hotel make sure you change ur surname on ur identity proof , because ur Aadhar card or driving licence contains ur father's name and u will not be allowed to enter this hotel. Horrible....shameful....disgusting

It was a very good stay. We stayed 5 friends for 3 nights. The location is also good. Metro Station and Karol Bag Market are also nearby. And the room is also great. Behavior is also like home. The food was also very good. Staff people are also good. The service is also good. And I have told my friends about the hotel. A friend of mine came along with his family too. She also got good service. I would like to thank everyone very much. Thank you!

The hotel was clean, very well managed. The staff is very polite and prompt and always ready to help. Our stay was very nice for all the days, and hence would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant stay.
