We stayed for 2 nights, we enjoyed our meals at the rooftop restaurant uk07, mesmerising view during sunset. Staff is co-operative & gave us early & express check-in. would definitely recommend to others. - Arun

The hotel is situated near Ballupur Chowk & is opposite to huge forest. The rooms even though have average size but offer all the basic amenities. The linen provided is fresh & clean & the washrooms are very well maintained. There is not much to do in the property but it has an amazing rooftop restaurant with a separate open area. The food is very delicious & they serve a good variety of dishes. This was my 2nd visit to the property with my family in 3 years but it hardly felt that anything has changed on the premises. One can plan an amazing drive to the "Queen of Hills" MUSSOORIE during the day & enjoy a nice meal at the hotel at night. Rooms 5 Cleaning 4 Food 5 Staff attitude 5 Location 5

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Had a bad experience. The hot water kept vanishing from the taps & I had to complain repeatedly. Despite that I got cold water halfway through my bath. Rooms were not cleaned properly. I will certainly not stay here again.

Room has no view, normal amenities. However, hotels of this category provide basic requirement of traveler. I missed certain things in the room and washroom. Rooms need to be tidy and complete before the guest enters whereas I have to ask for towels etc. Good food, humble staff with quick service.

I stayed at this this hotel in December 2019. The hotel 8s good cleanliness is also good, the staff is very courteous and friendly. But the food is not that good. The hotel really needs to focus on the taste and preparation of the food. Overall the place is 3.5/5
