Hotel is clean and staff are very helpful. They offer luggage storage service. I specifically like the breakfast area and with coffee machine in the lobby. The only drawback is the hotel is located away from city centre and seems near a rundown area.

Reviews on here complaining about the location. Well do your homework before you book it. Trams and bus stop right outside the hotel. If you don’t mind walking it’s around a 20-25 minute walk into the city centre. The hotel is very basic but if you’re only using it as a base then no problem as the staff are friendly and the rooms are neat and tidy. Don’t expect much from breakfast as the menu is very limited and aimed very much at European cuisine. Drinks machine is slow and the queue is a drag. Might want to invest in a second.

We arrived at the hotel mid afternoon, expecting just to bag drop and go and explore but we were super surprised when a room was ready, unfortunately the travel company had allocated us a twin room, but the friendly gentleman on the front desk was able to sort this out & even gave us a choice of a balcony or courtyard room. We opted for the balcony room which is located at the front of the hotel with views into the city and of the river. Although next to a busy tram interchange and bus stop, there wasn’t a night where the noise of the road, rail and buses disturbed us. The room was spacious for the both of us, clean and tidy and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom same as the bedroom immaculate. All of the staff are really friendly and welcoming and are happy to help at anytime of the day or evening. There is a free hot drinks machine in reception which is great for a little warm up when you’ve been out all day and into the evening. The breakfast is plentiful with lots of different options each morning, ranging from toast, bread, cereal, cheeses and meats to even pastas. We visited around 9am each day, and we never struggled for a seat, it did get a little busier the closer we got to the weekend, but it was still very quiet compared to other hotel breakfasts I’ve been too. The hotel is around a 30 minute walk to the main attractions, which is fine when you have the stunning views of the river, bridges and the city. We regularly used the Lime scooters, they don’t have the lime bikes, but they do have their own equivalent. There are plenty of food outlets nearby, including McDonald’s, pizza and kebab. There is always an Adidas outlet across the road if you’ve left anything behind. Upon checking out we were able to store our luggage free on change at the hotel and wait for our taxi in the lobby before heading to the airport. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel, it was a lovely visit from start to finish & I would book this hotel again in a heartbeat if I was to visit Budapest again.

**review is mainly for bathroom. Shower curtain is missing. The design is 1/3 of the shower is installed with a glass panel to keep water within shower area. No matter how careful you are, water splashed all around outside. It is STUPID design, totally not practical . Add a shower curtain back! Room size - Small, 3 star. Bathroom has no counter top for anything. Near transportation - 4 star. Tram 4 and 6 are nearby and frequent. Underground is about 10 min walk. Area - surrending is quite dark in evening. Must walk in main road where tram runs.
