So it is not the first time i am staying here i have stayed here several times in last 3-4years,but everytime the experience is same.i don't have any option but to stay here because of my work. Idk from where i should start,let me start with the rooms they are small smelly not so clean, bedsheet looks like not changed not washed properly, lets go to the guest service now,no one picks up the call,you have an emergency forget it they won't pickup your call,room dinning..? You wait more than an hour still your food is not here, now lets go to the quality of food i am a flight attendant have stayed in multiple hotels accross India, maintaining our health is a priority However here in IBIS you won't find a section where they will have fruits for you it is kept in small cups maybe around 4 to 5pieces in a cup. The food idk what they add but you eat a bit and you feel bloated. Here i am writing this because it has been 1hour 15mins i have still not recieved my breakfast 🍳 🥞

5 stars Had a great experience staying at ibis Aerocity Hotel. A special thanks to Sakshi Mandal, the gym and swimming coach, for her exceptional guidance and friendly attitude — she made our fitness sessions truly enjoyable. Also, kudos to Ravinder Kumar from housekeeping for his prompt and courteous service. Both of them went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. Truly appreciate their dedication and helpful nature. Highly recommended!

dine in with friends ordered paneer tikka and crispy potato wedges which was not up to the mark . in the main course we order for AOP pasta which was too spicy also ordered for kadai paneer with naan and kadai paneer was too sweet it should be little spicy and falvour ful worst experience in spice it .
