Bad service , bad food, not hospitable, staff is not cooperative at all, Claustrophobic rooms, booked a room solo, they charged for couple price and then said no guest allowed, and if I get one , then will have to pay extra ,, how is it even logical ?

We stayed in this property for 2 nights.. This property is beautiful and very colourful.. It is a very unique property that I have come across lately.. Bright colours everywhere.. My family just loved the ambience and the decor of the property.. It has a guitar shaped swimming pool which is cool.. Rooms were tidy and well furnished.. Service is something that they can improve on.. Was not very impressed with the check-in and check-out process.. Breakfast spread was not impressive either.. Food just tasted OK to fill your stomach but not enjoyable.. We normally do not expect this when we are dining in a hotel.. Service at the breakfast table was not good at all.. Rest everything was good.. Recommended and will visit the property again in future if I get a chance..!!

Stayed here during IBW2022. The team is friendly and helpful (a big shout out to the F&B team for helping us with post event, late night dinners). Food was great. Proximity to Vagator hill top is a big advantage of your are there for any of the hill top events. Property is clean and well maintained. Interesting theme throughout in the decor. Loved staying here.
