Worst hotel and zero hygiene

The rooms which were provided to us were not upto to the basic hotel standards . Hygiene levels were worst ,rusted water taps ,jet spray was full rusted with stains on it . there was no hot water to bath shower tap was rusted all around no clean water to bath as well. There were sudden power cuts every half an hour with a loud generator noise especially at night time. Food quality was unsatisfactory

When we checked into the hotel, we were given two rooms beside each other with 100% acknowledgement of the staff since it seemed they eventually knew. There was one woman in one room and 2 men in the other. They travelled to 2 rooms frequently when we decided to stay only in one room where there was the woman. I can bet that there was some incident that happened in that hotel since we experienced paranormal activities, we saw the spirits, also they whispered. This is for your own good if only you do not want to experience such horror. We couldn’t sleep the whole night, the spirits tend to haunt us the whole night including trying to choke my uncle phrasing “naan ninge khonda pou” something, which is in the local language said i’ll take you with me. The girl was aged around 24ish and was wearing a pink floral kind nighty upto the mid ankle length. Honestly i am not lying. There was also a haunted passage that was under construction, a whole passage of dark area where in there were hotel rooms and to the other side was an un functional elevator which was used by my uncle but found it was not working for about a month next morning. If you’re still willing to stay, it’s all on you. Just did my job of sharing my own and real experience.

Simple, spacious rooms. Bed comfort need to be improved. Breakfast is ok. Located at the centre of the town. Easy access to Railway station, Bus stand. House Keeping to be improved. Front desk staff are good. Parking area is big.

The hotel is located on a very busy street, so it is quite likely that you might miss the turn during day time. Parking facility at the hotel is very good, there is ample of space. The rooms were pretty decent (as shown in the pics). The room was clean, however there is no view from the window. They have a restaurant which serves veg and non veg cuisine both. In case you are not a beef eater, please do not forget to check with them as they miss to call it out specifically. We ended up having that on the platter and had to get it exchanged. Ala carte service is extremely slow. They take a good 20-25 min even for basic dishes. The buffet spread is good.They have a good variety in the breakfast menu too. Overall, it was a good stay.
