My check-in experience was smooth and pleasant, and the front desk handled the process efficiently. However, the rest of my stay was quite disappointing. My luggage took more than 40 minutes to be delivered to the room, which is far from acceptable for a property of this standard. Additionally, I was denied entry to the club lounge despite having prior confirmation from the front desk and even a manager. This created a very embarrassing situation for me as a guest. To make matters worse, when I raised these concerns during checkout, the manager appeared unconcerned and did not address the issue with the seriousness it deserved. Overall, the internal communication among the hotel staff seems to be extremely poor, which significantly impacted my experience.

Hyatt Regency is located in the heart of south Delhi, with the airport a 20-25 minute ride away during non-peak hours. The rooms are nice but the decor in the corridors is dated. The service is inconsistent - cons: nobody to welcome you at the porch, front desk staff who dont smile or welcome you when you approach the desk, repeated phone calls to housekeeping / reception not picked up ; pros: front desk staff who smile after they check you in, professional housekeeping staff, warm security guards & bellboys.
