I went there in Holi vacations. I will give 4 star rating. Overall stay was pleasant. However few things I found not good like I wanted to extend my reservation but I need to call the call center . On first day of arrival I had to go all by myself in my room while the usual practice in Five star like Taj or ITC is that some hotel staff comes to take us in room as well as to show amenities in room. Rest all was good . Restaurant staff were very welcoming. Overall food and other comfort were good . My kid especially love the elephant made through towel by Housekeeping staff.

Room was really clean, nicely decorated and had assortment of supplies for my disposal. Breakfast was fresh and tasty and our waiter Pappu was always there to help us and keep us fed. Staff generally was really friendly and dedicated. Hotel restaurant offered some of the best Indian food I've ever had.

As a member of the Hyatt chain, I had high expectations for my recent stay at the Pune property. However, my experience fell far short of these expectations. Despite requesting an early check-in at 12 noon, I was left waiting well past the standard check-in time of 2 pm, leading to a frustrating start to my stay. Upon entering the room, I was disappointed to find several discrepancies between the advertised amenities and the reality. The lack of a bathtub, which was prominently featured on the website, was particularly disappointing. Additionally, the garden, which was a key factor in my decision to book, was dry and neglected, far from the lush oasis portrayed online. Maintenance issues within the room, such as malfunctioning lights, further detracted from the experience. Despite voicing my concerns to the hotel representative, there was no follow-up or effort made to address the issues raised. Overall, my stay at the Pune property did not meet the standards of excellence I have come to expect from Hyatt. I hope that the management will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to uphold their reputation.
